Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy requires cancellation minimum 3 hours in advance of the scheduled class time. If you cancel within the 3 hours before class starts, you will be charged for the class. We understand that emergencies can happen - if you have a valid medical reason for cancelling the class, please contact me directly so we can discuss your options. If a class is cancelled by Rose City Journey Fitness, you will not be charged for that class. Private sessions require 24 hour notice for cancellations.
