Come try out our new format HighYO! for absolutely FREE!! This lighthearted, music-driven stretch class will leave your body and mind feeling totally refreshed and will keep you coming back for more! This is truly the class you never knew you needed! No experience needed, modifications given and ALL fitness levels welcome!
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy requires cancellation 3 hours in advance of the scheduled class time. If you cancel within the 3 hours before class starts, you will be charged for the class. We understand that emergencies can happen - if you have a valid medical reason for cancelling the class, please contact me directly so we can discuss your options. If a class is canceled by Rose City Journey Fitness, you will not be charged for that class. Private sessions require 24 hour notice for cancellations.
